Hello,
Marlon here.
I WANT to hear your feedback and comments on today’s ezine issue.
What did you like?
What do you want to hear more about?
Just post in comments.
Best wishes,
Marlon
PS: This is NOT a new “bright shiny object.” This is old school marketing
empowered by a massive new trend — 64 million Smart Phones sold JUST
in the last quarter. They get email. They can browse the Internet. This is GREAT
news for Internet marketers. GREAT news. Oh, I didn’t mention the Ipad sales.

Hey Marlon,
Fantastic article in today’s newsletter. Useful, concise actionable steps. Loved it! If people would just TRY this for their own businesses, or for other local businesses in their area for a fee or a percentage of the profits, they could clean up.
Thanks again,
Rocky
[Rocky, thanks for posting and it's really true. Your points are well made.]
Hello Marlon,
Its amazing that some of the most basic ways of driving traffic are still solid ways and yet many people dont realize that we have today, almost at our fingertips the power to unleash torrents of traffic through all the new wave technology like smart phones and web 2.0 of which there are hundreds, as you mention in your report.
All one has to do is work on one aspect at a time and eventually have huge amounts of traffic and eyeballs, meaning people and customers through traffic magnets.
Thank you for your report.

[Very nice comment and it's true. It's odd that it's old school with new technology that super empowers it]

Wow, this market is HUGE, I don’t want to miss out on it. Tell me more….
Hey Marlon, You have always come through with great marketing ideas and I just downloaded the pdf of today’s issue which is just another good idea for us to keep some of your wisdom close by for re-reading. As for the subject- clear as a bell and right on the money. I hope others see the pdf as you have a few bonuses that are very helpful. thanks, Arnold R Moore jr
50 Tweets, huh? I hope we make it – you put some excellent material in here – I am excited to be part of the A team – Getting focused to get my stuff really going. Thanks for all of your solid specific help.
In this article I appreciated the discussion on Lead Magnets – using adds worded and placed in journals that hook them back to your HUB.
I am off to download the Amazon info. Thanks for your direction!
Terry
[Terry, I fixed the Kindle Report on Ateam. Apparently it didn't upload clean. Fixed now. We are already 30 or more so I'm SURE we'll make it. And, of course, I'll think up something extra special for next week. Amazon is EASY! I need to do a video on it in ateam also. I'll be doing more on it. The Kindle is hitting
bigtime.]
Marlon,
I enjoy being on your list, reading your stuff, and buying your products. But what I don’t enjoy is getting an email that seems to imply if we don’t tweet your content, you won’t send an ezine next Saturday.
Yeah? I’d like to see everyone call your bluff. Just for grins. And if you don’t get 50 and don’t send one next week, well then I guess that’s life.
Intimidation marketing? (game of) chicken marketing?
It seems something’s missing if a person has to resort to that. I’ve seen others do similar versions of this. Robert Planke used to tell his list he needed 10 blog comments or he wouldn’t do something. Can’t remember what the punishment was. But it did work, so good for him. But I think it’s a bit on the low end.
But I still like you, Marlon. We’ve been together for too long. LOL
Ken
[Ken, I appreciate you! I disagree with your point of view but I very much appreciate your being a long time reader. The law of Exchange says you don't appreciate what you don't work for. By taking action, you increase the psychological value you impart to it, which increases the benefits you receive. You're being VERY selfish when you do this because you state to your subconscious that this indeed has value worth exchanging for.]
Great article, Marlon. One of your strengths is the ability to distill information. You have been singing the same tune for a long time. Simple step by step marketing.
Keep these great articles coming. I think the idea of delivering content in a pdf. adds value. I’ll have to test this with my own lists.
[Albert, you know, I'd like to CLAIM genius for this. I'm embarrassed to say that we have a bit of an issue with our blog going down (some weird, funky server thing going on) which is why I decided to do the PDF. BUT you know what? I'm interested to see the response of others. I PERSONALLY like the format because it just freaking LOOKS BETTER than when I send it in email or just post it on the blog. BUt for some customers, PDF's are a bit of a hassle to open. So I wonder how people feel overall. I like the improved formatting and visual impression.]
Hi Marlon,
Very good report, will implement the steps in detail and I’m sure you’ll get great results because they are easy to follow.
I think if one adheres to these methods and implements them consistently, you can create a subscriber list and establish a long term profitable business.
Thanks for the report.
Greetings!
Marlon you are the best.
I use to advertise on Adwords but it’s getting too damn expensive. Who can afford to pay a dollar a click – it takes about a hundred clicks to make a sale and you’re lucky if you make $50 bucks back. I’m going to get the book.
Thanks for the tip.
Best Wishes
Carl Willoughby
[Carl, Adwords is fine if you have a back end. Banner advertising on the content network can get you cheap clicks. But what Gary writes about makes INCREDIBLE sense and costs you almost no money. It's just participating in social networks and conversations. GREAT stuff.]
