Just finished up a split test on Promo Dashboard.  Winning headline had the “How I Got 199,540 Opt Ins.”  But I only tested a small number of headlines.  I plan to test more.

Aweber told me I guess Brightmail made a change in their email filters and it's causing me fits so I sent out the email today in a split test.  Will be doing several more on deliverability and posting the results here.
